Day three hair is a specific problem. The curl is still there in places, flattened on one side, frizzed at the crown, and nowhere near bad enough to justify a full wash. This spray exists for that morning.
Avocado oil is the main event, and it goes on as a fine mist so you can rewet only the sections that need it. Scrunch, reshape, and the pattern comes back. On an older twist-out it softens the set enough to reshape without collapsing it altogether, and on a wash-and-go it puts back the moisture that has evaporated overnight.
The practical result is fewer wash days. Stretching a good set from two days to four saves you the shampoo, the detangling and most of the afternoon, which is the real argument for keeping a refresher in the routine at all.

Application tips
Shake before use and hold the bottle about twenty centimetres away, so the mist lands evenly rather than in wet patches.
Aim at the underside and the flattened side, not the crown. Two or three passes, then cup the sections in your hands and squeeze upward. Leave it to dry naturally, and never brush it through.
Results
A crushed, shapeless set tightens back up within a minute or two, and the crown frizz calms down.
Moisture is the real gain here. Hair that felt dry and papery at the ends softens again, and the finish stays light enough that no film sits at the roots by evening. Definition reads closer to wash day than to day three.
