Camille Rose scent this one with white orchid and keep the base gentle. It lifts product build-up and the oil that collects on the scalp between washes, but leaves the hair's own moisture where it is, which means the conditioner afterwards is topping up rather than rescuing.
Apply to wet hair and work it into the scalp with the pads of your fingers, then let it run down the lengths as you rinse. There is no need to scrub the ends. Two rounds if you have been layering butters, one if not.

Application tips
Warm water, not hot. Hot water swells the cuticle and undoes half of what a gentle cleanser is for.
Section thick hair into four before you start, so the milk reaches skin rather than skating across the top layer. Give it a minute on the scalp before rinsing, then rinse for longer than feels necessary. Anything left behind reads as build-up by day three.
Results
The scalp feels genuinely clean without that tight, drum-skin sensation, and hair keeps enough weight to hang properly instead of flying about with static.
Curl pattern shows up in the shower rather than waiting for the conditioner, which is a fair sign the strand kept its moisture. Combing through afterwards takes fewer passes and a lot less pulling.
