Application tips
Hold the bottle a hand's width away and mist over damp hair, front sections first, since those set the shape of the whole thing. Six to eight passes covers most heads.
Cup a handful at a time and squeeze upward towards the scalp, then leave it be while it dries. Combing after you spray pulls the wave straight again, so put the comb down. On dry hair, dampen the flat side first or the mist will not travel far enough.
Results
Waves lift back off the scalp and sit closer to the shape they had on wash day. The strand feels soft under a fingertip rather than tacky, and nothing crisps as it dries. Flyaways lie down.
There is no hold in it, so an afternoon of wind will move the shape around. That is the trade for a finish you can run your hands through.
