A knitting tool is the hooked metal needle used to pull sections of hair through a micro ring or a nano ring, and the 546-00 is the Bellissemo professional version of it.

Application tips
Hold it like a crochet hook rather than a pen, with the tip angled away from the scalp. Thread the client's own hair through the ring in one pass, then slide the ring up to sit a few millimetres clear of the root.
For removal, work the tip under the bond and ease it open rather than pulling. Wipe the tip down between clients and keep it dry so it does not pit.
Results
Sections come through cleanly and each ring lands where you put it, which is what makes a row look even from the front. Less time goes on rethreading, so a full head takes fewer hours.
The bonds sit flat and the join disappears under the top layer. Nothing catches or snags on the way out at removal, which is where a blunt tool costs a client hair.
