Application tips
Takedown day is where it earns its place. Saturate the matted areas before the hair goes anywhere near shampoo, and give it a minute to soften.
Fingers before combs, always, and a wide tooth rather than a fine one. If a knot will not budge, add more product and more water instead of pulling at it.
Results
Tangles loosen rather than tighten, and that is the difference between combing and yanking. Hair slides apart under the fingers so the comb passes without catching, and far less of it comes away in the teeth.
