Children's curls need holding without stiffness, because a style that goes crunchy gets picked at all day. Baby Curls is a custard, thick enough to define coils and soft enough that a child can run their hands through their own hair without wrecking it.
It handles two jobs. On a wash-and-go it clumps the curls and holds the pattern as they dry. On twists it gives enough grip that the style stays put overnight and separates cleanly in the morning.
Apply to soaking hair a part at a time, smooth it down each one, and let it dry fully before touching. If you are twisting, do it while the hair is still wet.

Application tips
Easiest done in the bath, with the hair still full of water and a comb to hand. Leave-in first, then the custard, one part at a time so nothing dries out while you work.
Coat the section, smooth it flat, then either leave it or twist it there and then. Nobody should be running around until it has dried, which takes longer than you think on thick hair.
Results
Coils come out defined and springy, with enough give that small hands can push through without the style collapsing. No crunch, no white flakes at the parts, nothing to pick off at the school gate.
Twists open cleanly the next morning and the definition holds for a couple of days. Hair still feels moisturised underneath rather than stiff and papery.
