Application tips
Work over soaking hair, not towel-dried. Smooth a palmful down each section with flat hands so the jelly glazes the surface, then scrunch upward a few times to encourage the clumps.
Leave it alone from there. Diffuse on low or air dry completely before you go near it with your hands, because touching it halfway through drying is what puts the frizz back.
Results
Definition is the obvious one, but the shine is what people comment on. Curls group into clumps that keep their shape all day and the finish is glassy rather than matt.
Hold is medium, so a curl still bounces instead of sitting stiff. The weight suits looser patterns better than very tight ones, and fine hair needs a smaller handful than feels right.
