Aunt Jackie's Elixir: Collagen & Tea Tree Hair & Scalp Oil 2oz
Concentrated oils ask for restraint. A few drops along a parting is the whole application here, which is why a 2oz bottle of Aunt Jackie's Elixir lasts a good deal longer than the size suggests.
The blend pairs collagen with tea tree oil. Tea tree gives a clean, slightly cooling finish, and the collagen is there for the lengths, coating the strand so it feels smoother when you comb through. The texture is light and sinks in quickly, so it will not leave your roots looking wet an hour later.
Use it on the scalp between washes when things feel dry and tight, parting the hair in sections and working the oil in with your fingertips. It also works as a light seal on the ends over a leave-in. Waves and looser curls, roughly 2a through 3b, get the most out of it, and it suits anyone who finds heavier greases too much for daily use.

Application tips
Work on dry hair, not wet, and give yourself three or four partings rather than trying to cover the whole scalp.
A few drops per row, pressed in and then massaged for thirty seconds. On the tips, warm one drop between the fingers and pinch it through the last inch. Do it on the second or third day after a wash, when things feel tight.
Results
The cooling from the tea tree lands first and is gone in a few minutes, leaving the scalp feeling clean rather than coated.
Collagen does the slower work on the lengths, filming the hair so a comb catches less and the surface picks up light. It is thin, so roots stay dry looking. Fine hair can use it without going flat.
