Use it as your regular wash if your hair is dry, or between shampoos if you clarify every few weeks. Work it through wet hair in sections, massage the scalp with the pads of your fingers, and rinse thoroughly, because a conditioning cleanser needs a proper rinse to avoid leaving weight behind.
