Coco Repair is the deep conditioning treatment in the Aunt Jackie's line, and it is a weekly step rather than a daily one. Coconut is the theme, and the texture is thick enough that a 15oz jar still lasts a while.
Deep conditioners work on contact time. Applied to clean, wet hair and left for ten to twenty minutes, ideally under a cap, this one softens lengths that have gone dry and rough, and gives back enough elasticity that combing stops costing you ends.
Focus it on the lengths and the ends, where the damage actually is, rather than the roots. Rinse thoroughly, then follow with a leave-in while the hair is still damp.
Best used weekly on hair that is dry, over-processed or simply tired, across curly and coily textures.

Application tips
Timing is the whole trick with a jar like this.
Wash first, then apply while the hair is soaking and warm, working in four parts and keeping the roots clear. Cover the head, wrap a towel over the cap, and give it a quarter of an hour, because body heat pushes it further in than time alone. Rinse cool, then go straight to a leave in.
Results
Rough lengths soften noticeably in one session, and the hair regains enough stretch that a comb passes without taking pieces with it.
The jar leaves weight behind, which coarse and coily textures want and fine hair may not. Frizz sits flat for a couple of days afterwards, and the improvement carries into the next wash rather than rinsing away.
