Application tips
Part into four and apply along the scalp rather than piling it on top of your head. Fingertips, slow circles, a minute per section.
One lather is enough most weeks. Rinse properly and follow with the matching conditioner. If you alternate with a co-wash, save this for the weeks when the roots feel coated rather than merely dry.
Results
Roots come out clean without that tight, drum skin feeling an hour later, and tightness is what sets off the scratching in the first place.
Flaking looks less obvious once the loose skin has washed away. Lengths stay soft enough to comb through, and the moisture balance holds rather than dropping off a cliff every wash day. Twelve ounces lasts a while at one lather a wash.
