This is the co-wash from the As I Am Dry and Itchy Scalp Care range, so the scalp comes first in the design. It cleanses gently, keeps the moisture balance where you want it, and spreads evenly from root to lengths, which is what makes the detangling that follows less of a fight. It works for curly, coily and wavy hair.

Application tips
Scalp first, which is the point of this range. Part into sections, apply directly onto the skin, and massage with the pads of your fingers rather than your nails.
Take the rest down the lengths afterwards. Give it a few minutes so the scalp gets the benefit, finger comb, then rinse thoroughly. Weekly, or more often if you wear protective styles and the roots need attention between takedowns.

The scalp stops feeling tight, and tightness is usually what the itch is really about.
Comfort arrives without the squeak a shampoo leaves behind. Lengths come out clean and soft at the same time, so the detangling that follows is calmer.
