Application tips
Soaking wet hair. Not towel dried, not damp. A jelly needs water in the hair to spread evenly, and without it the product grabs and goes patchy.
Rake it through a section, then scrunch upward or shingle strand by strand for tighter clumps. Diffuse on low or leave it to air dry, then break the cast with your hands once there is no damp left anywhere.

Definition arrives with hold rather than stiffness, and the clumps keep their shape instead of separating into frizz by lunchtime.
