Shea butter in a spray is a small technical trick. Butter is heavy and does not atomise, so getting it out of a nozzle in a form light enough for daily use takes doing, and it is the reason this 4 oz bottle exists alongside the whip and the cream.
What it gives you is a light coat of moisture you can put on without committing to a full styling session. Coconut oil and shea between them soften, cut frizz and put shine back on a curl that has gone dull, and the spray format means fine hair does not end up flat.
Mist it over dry or damp hair, scrunch it in, and go. It is the midweek bottle for curly and coily hair, type 3B through 4C, and it works as a light detangler on a second-day comb-out too.

Application tips
A refresher rather than a wash day product. Spray over dry hair in the morning, section by section, then smooth or scrunch to reset the curl.
It works straight after washing too, on soaking hair before a cream goes on. Keep the nozzle a hand back so the mist lands evenly rather than in wet spots. At 4 oz it is the right size for a handbag or a gym bag.
Results
Dry hair takes on moisture without going limp, and the spray format reaches places a cream never quite gets to.
Tangles loosen enough to finger comb, which cuts the breakage that comes of working through knots dry. Curls look softer and shinier afterwards, and frizz settles across the top layer. Day two and day three hair stops looking like day two and three hair.
