A deep conditioning mask is the slowest step in a wash routine and the one that changes the most. This is a straightforward argan version: pure Moroccan argan oil in a thick base, meant to sit on the hair after shampoo and do the repairing work an ordinary conditioner has no time for.
Dry, damaged or dull hair is the target. The oil goes into the strand rather than coating it, which is why the improvement holds through the next few days rather than washing out with the first rinse.

Application tips
Shampoo, then squeeze the lengths out with your hands until they stop dripping.
Take a walnut of the mask, spread it across your palms and press it into the hair from the ears down, section by section. Run a wide tooth comb through once so the tips are properly covered. Fifteen minutes, then rinse until the water runs clean. Weekly at most.
Results
Out of the shower the hair feels denser and smoother, and holds that through the next couple of washes rather than losing everything overnight.
Frizz settles, so the surface stays smooth while it air dries. Ends look tidier and the splitting is less obvious. Argan brings shine without heaviness, which is why it suits waves as much as tight curls.
