Application tips
Read the pack before you open anything. Both parts run in order, and the second is what softens the hair after the first has set hard, so skipping it leaves you worse off than when you started.
Work in sections on clean, towel dried hair. Do not comb while the first step is drying. Keep a timer running and rinse between stages exactly as instructed.
Results
Snapping stops. That is the measure here, not how soft it feels on the day. Strands hold under a comb where they used to give way halfway down.
Once both steps are done the finish is firm and springy rather than mushy, and hair gone limp from over processing carries a style again. Expect a real change in one sitting, and a long gap before the next one.
