Application tips
Towel the excess water out before the dryer goes near it. A dryer works on damp hair, not soaking hair, and starting wet is how twenty minutes turns into forty.
Clip into four sections and take the roots before the ends. Keep the nozzle moving, a few inches back, and aim the airflow down the length so the cuticle lies flat. Do not chase one section until it is bone dry. Move on and come back.
Results
The finish gives it away. Hair sits smoother and throws more light because the cuticle has been laid flat rather than roughed up, and the static halo that usually turns up at the end of a blow dry is much smaller.
Fine hair keeps its body. Thick hair loses the fluff. Ends look less frazzled by the end of the week simply because they spent less time under heat.
