Overprocessed hair, whether from relaxing, heat or just years of styling, loses protein and with it the elasticity that lets a strand stretch instead of snapping. A protein enriched conditioner is how that gets put back.
This one runs on herbal extracts, vitamins and fortifying proteins, and the 15oz bottle is generous enough for weekly use without rationing. Moisture goes deep into the shaft, weak strands are reinforced from the core, and hair that was fragile ends up with noticeably better elasticity. Split ends and breakage both ease off.
Work it through washed hair from the ends up, leave it a few minutes, then rinse. On very damaged hair, use it every wash. On healthier hair, once a week is plenty.
Protein has a limit though. Hair given protein and nothing else goes stiff and starts snapping for the opposite reason, so keep a moisturising conditioner in the rotation alongside it rather than swapping one out for the other.

Application tips
Use it after shampooing, on hair that has been squeezed out rather than left dripping.
Work it through the lengths in sections and keep it off the scalp, because protein belongs on the strand. Give it three to five minutes, comb through while it is on, then rinse well. Alternate with a plain moisturising conditioner rather than using it every wash, or the hair can start to feel stiff.
Results
Weak, over-handled hair firms up and stops feeling limp and papery.
Breakage drops during combing, and ragged ends look tidier for longer between trims. Elasticity is the improvement worth watching: hair that stretches a little and springs back handles a brush far better than hair that snaps.
Shine returns too, since a smoother surface reflects light more evenly.
