Application tips
Read the leaflet in the box first, and run a strand test and a patch test the day before.
Do not shampoo beforehand, since the scalp's own oils are part of the protection. Apply the scalp protector, work in four sections, and time the process from the first application rather than the last. Rinse completely, then use the neutralising shampoo in the kit until the hair rinses clear.
