This masque is built for that specific hour. It softens and conditions dry, tangled hair after braids, weaves and protective styles, and it loosens the knots and build-up that collect while hair has been packed away. African Pride also formulate it without parabens, mineral oil, sulfates or petrolatum.
How to use it: apply generously once the style is out, then work through with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb, section by section, taking the tangles from the ends upwards rather than the roots down.

Application tips
Put it on before you wash, not after. Dry hair, straight after the last braid comes out, and let it sit twenty minutes under a cap while the shed hair softens.
Work one section at a time and clip each one away as you finish it, or the loose hair reattaches to the section next door. Rinse, shampoo, then condition as normal.
Results
