Sealing is the last step, not the only one. Oil does not put moisture into hair; it keeps moisture that is already there from leaving. Which means a sealing oil is worth nothing on dry hair and worth a lot on hair you have just conditioned or spritzed with water.
That is what Activilong built this 100ml oil for. It goes on damp hair after your leave-in, forms a light film along the strand, and slows the point at which your wash-day moisture disappears. The frizz benefit follows from the same mechanism, because hair frizzes when it is pulling moisture out of humid air, and a sealed cuticle has less reason to do that.

Application tips
Think in layers. Liquid, then cream, then this on top, applied while the section is still wet enough to feel cool against the fingers. Two or three drops per section is enough, smoothed down the shaft in the direction the cuticle lies rather than scrunched upward. On refresh days, spritz with water first and halve the amount. Skip the roots if your hair goes limp easily, and do the ends twice.

Wash day lasts longer. Hair that used to feel dry again by Wednesday holds its softness closer to the next wash, and the ends stop going crisp first.
