Application tips
Protein wants a schedule, not a habit.
Swap it in for your usual conditioner once every three or four washes, less often if the hair already feels stiff. Apply to hair that has been shampooed and squeezed out, keep it to the lengths, and give it ten minutes rather than an hour. Rinse fully, then follow with something moisturising so the hair finishes soft.
