Kinky straight copies the look of natural hair that has been silk pressed: straight, but with a body and texture that flat silky hair does not have. At 10 inches it is a short install, which makes it a good option for a first weave or for adding fullness without adding length.
The hair is 100% virgin Brazilian and cuticle aligned. Look after it and it lasts. Detangle with a wide tooth comb before installation, braid your own hair down neatly, and have a stylist fit it so the tension sits evenly.
For washing, wet it with lukewarm water, work a sulphate free shampoo through in downward strokes rather than piling it up, then rinse properly. Follow with a generous amount of sulphate free conditioner and leave it five to ten minutes before rinsing. That routine is most of what keeps a weave looking new.
