Hydrolysed keratin is keratin broken into pieces small enough to attach to the hair rather than sit on it. That matters, because hair is made of keratin and damage is basically keratin missing from the strand. Putting some back is one of the few conditioner claims with a straightforward mechanism behind it.
XHC's Keratin Classic Conditioner is a 300 ml rinse-out built on that idea. Heat styling, colour and general wear leave gaps in the strand, and filling them makes hair behave: smoother under a brush, less inclined to frizz, and stronger against the tension of combing. The formula is light for a keratin product, so it conditions properly without leaving hair heavy or coated. Apply after shampoo, mid-lengths to ends, leave it a minute or two, rinse. It suits hair that is frizzy, dull or damaged from heat and chemical work, across textures. Use it alongside a purely moisturising conditioner rather than instead of one, because too much protein and not enough moisture makes hair stiff.
