This one has two settings and it is worth knowing which you are using. Left on for a longer stretch, with a plastic cap and a hood dryer, it is a proper deep conditioner. Left on for a couple of minutes, it works as an ordinary instant conditioner. Same bottle, different amount of patience.
The 12 oz formula is built on green apple extract, aloe vera and apple cider vinegar, with coconut oil, silk amino acids, glycerine and vitamins doing the conditioning behind them. The vinegar is there to help hair feel balanced rather than coated, which is what stops a rich conditioner leaving the lengths heavy.

Application tips
Shampoo first, then squeeze the excess water out so the conditioner is not diluted before it lands.
Apply in sections and comb it down the shaft so every strand is coated, then pile the hair under a plastic cap. Twenty minutes under a hood or a warm towel gives you the deep treatment; two or three minutes gives you a normal rinse-out. Rinse cool.
Results
Dry hair drinks it in and comes out feeling padded rather than coated. Elasticity is the tell: strands stretch and spring back instead of snapping when you pull a curl.
Frizz drops away, shine comes up, and the lengths are not left heavy afterwards, which is the vinegar doing its job. Colour-treated hair takes it well.
