This is the developer for the quiet end of the colour work. Six volume, 1.9%, no meaningful lift, which is what you want when the hair has already been lightened and all that is left to do is put a tone on it.
Welloxon Perfect Pastel is built for soft results: rose golds, cool lavenders, the ashier side of blonde, the sort of shade a stronger oxidant would push past before you had finished applying. On pre-lightened or fragile hair, a gentler oxidant also means less of a gamble on condition, and the deposit lands evenly instead of grabbing at the porous sections.
One litre, so it lasts through a run of toning appointments rather than a couple. Mix it to the ratio Wella specify for the shade in hand. Toning is unforgiving of a rough ratio, and pastel work more so than most.
