Application tips
This goes on first, before gel, cream or oil. Damp hair, four sections, a couple of pumps rubbed between the palms and raked down each section with the fingers spread wide.
Keep it off the scalp. On fine hair, start at ear level and work down rather than from the root. Thick hair can take a second pass over the ends. Give it a minute to sink in before the next product goes on top.
Results
Combs and brushes move without catching, so detangling stops being the longest part of the routine.
Hair holds an even moisture level whether the radiators have been on since October or the August air is thick outside. Twists set neatly over it. Used alone with no styler on top, it gives a loose, undefined softness rather than any kind of hold.
