Purple rice is the base, with wild orchid and sweet violet extract. It is a deep conditioner, so it goes on after shampoo and stays on while you do everything else, and it rinses out clean rather than heavy. The tub holds 8 oz / 237 ml.

Application tips
Shampoo first, then wring the hair out hard before this goes on, because a masque diluted by shower water does very little.
Spread it through in parts and concentrate on the mid-lengths and ends, where the colour was processed hardest. Leave it for a good ten minutes. Rinse in cooler water than you washed in, which helps the surface lie down.
Results
Brittle, over-processed lengths soften and start behaving under a comb again. Strands stretch further before they give way, so fewer break where the colour did the most damage.
The surface smooths, and colour reads deeper because light is bouncing off a flat cuticle rather than a rough one. Hair feels light afterwards rather than loaded.
