Application tips
Timing decides how much you get out of it. Twenty minutes is a rinse, two hours is a treatment, and overnight is the version that shows by morning.
Put it on before bed, wrap the hair, and wash at your usual time the next day. If overnight is impractical, oil the scalp while the kettle boils and shampoo an hour later. Keep it off a fresh blow-dry, which it will flatten.
Results
Dry lengths soften and stop looking dusty, and the shine that returns is the natural sort rather than a coating.
Rosemary gives it a clean, herbal smell that most people prefer to plain coconut, and a trace of it survives washing. Hair holds together better under tension, so combing takes off fewer broken pieces. Skin at the roots feels comfortable rather than tight.
