Scars, stretch marks, dry patches, uneven tone and the texture changes that come with ageing all respond to the same thing, which is proper conditioning of the skin's surface over time. Cocoa butter and vitamin E do most of that work, rosehip oil handles tone and texture, and Palmer's own Cetesomate-E complex carries the blend in. The texture is light and absorbs quickly, so you are not left sitting still waiting to get dressed.

Application tips
Clean, dry skin, and enough of it that the oil has a job to do. Four or five drops covers a stretch-marked stomach; a couple more for both thighs.
Massage in circles until nothing is left sitting on the surface, which takes about a minute. Morning and night, on whichever patch you are actually treating. It layers under a body cream rather than over one.
Results
Skin looks less patchy after a fortnight, and older marks change slowly enough that photographs are more useful than memory. Dryness goes first, within a day.
