Bamboo fibres and plant proteins are the working ingredients. They plump the individual strand so the hair reads as thicker in the hand and holds a shape better, and they add enough resilience that brushing stops taking pieces out of it. Split ends slow down as a result. The 13 fl oz bottle is the standard size for the range.
Keep it off the roots and through the lengths, then rinse well, which is how you get body rather than weight. It suits fine, flat hair that has been through colour or heat and lost whatever fullness it started with, and it works alongside a volumising shampoo without the two cancelling each other out.

Application tips
Work it through the bottom two thirds and rinse thoroughly. Fine hair shows leftover product faster than any other type, and residue at the roots undoes the point of a body-building conditioner.
Once a week, leave it on for five minutes as a light treatment. The rest of the time a minute is enough. Cool final rinse if you want more shine.
Results
Hair carries more body from the first use, so a ponytail sits fuller and a blow-dry keeps its shape into the evening.
Snapping eases too. Hair that used to leave short broken pieces on the shoulders takes brushing better, and the ends stay tidier for longer between trims. Fine hair keeps its movement, since the fullness comes from the strand rather than a coating.
