Colour does not fade evenly. It leaks out of the porous parts of the strand first, which is why the ends go dull weeks before the roots do, and why the shampoo and conditioner you use afterwards matter as much as the dye.
This one is built around orchid oil and aimed at coloured, highlighted and chemically treated hair. It conditions in the ordinary way, and it works on keeping the cuticle closed so the pigment has less opportunity to wash out. 385ml. Sun and water take some of the blame for fading too, and a sealed cuticle helps there as well.

Application tips
Apply to wet hair straight after shampooing, mid-lengths through ends, and give it a full two minutes. Colour sits nearest the surface at the ends, so that is where the contact time is worth spending.
Rinse in cool water. Hot water opens the hair up and lets pigment out, which undoes some of what the conditioner just did.
Results
Colour keeps its depth for longer between appointments, and the tips stop losing tone ahead of everything above them.
Underneath the colour work it behaves as a decent everyday conditioner: soft hair, easy detangling, nothing heavy left at the roots. Tones that had flattened out pick up some gloss again, which reads as fresher colour even when nothing has been retouched.
