Bamboo fibre is the named ingredient and the texture is rich, thicker than the rest of the Maui Moisture conditioner line. That matters when hair is porous, because a thin conditioner runs off before it has done anything. Left in for a few minutes it softens the hair back down and brings some of the glow back to the surface. Use it as the rinse-out step after shampooing, concentrating on the lengths rather than the roots, and give it long enough to work. 385 ml. Application tips
Squeeze the water out of your hair before this goes anywhere near it, otherwise the cream thins on contact and slides straight off. Warm a generous scoop between your palms, then press it in section by section from the ears down.
Comb through with something wide toothed while it is still slippery. Three to five minutes is enough. Rinse until the water runs clean rather than cloudy, and skip the scalp entirely if your roots turn greasy quickly.
Results
Brittle ends stop feeling like straw and start behaving like hair again. The comb moves instead of catching, which is where most breakage happens on fragile lengths, so more of what you have grown stays on your head.
Texture reads fuller between the fingers rather than thin and papery. There is a low shine to the surface afterwards, the kind that comes from a cuticle lying flat, and it holds for a couple of days.
