Application tips
Lengths and ends only, and be deliberate about it. Gather the hair over one shoulder, apply from the ears down, and pay particular attention to the bottom few centimetres, which are years older than everything above them.
Two minutes, then rinse. Comb through while it is in, not after, and use a wide-tooth comb rather than a brush on long wet hair.
Results
Density is what changes, not softness. The lengths hold more substance in the hand and the hair sits together instead of separating into thin strands towards the bottom.
