The 20 volume sits a step below the 30 in the Blond Studio system, and the trade is the usual one. Less lift, more control. Where 30 vol is for taking hair several levels up in a single process, 20 vol suits subtle highlights, corrective work and anything you would rather do slowly and watch as it develops.
The oil enriched base is what the range is built on. Traditional developers strip the hair's lipid barrier as they work, and this formula is designed to leave more of it intact, which shows up as less dryness and more shine once the lightener has been rinsed out.
