A 1000ml/33.81 oz bottle of 30 volume (9%) oil developer, made to be mixed with L'Oreal Professionnel Blond Studio lighteners and nothing else. 30 volume is the working strength for serious lift: paired with a Blond Studio lightener it will take hair up seven to eight levels, which covers full head blonde, high contrast highlights, balayage and ombré. The oil base is what separates it from a standard cream peroxide. It keeps the mix conditioned during the process, so the hair holds more of its shine and condition through the lift.
