A 1000ml/33.81 oz bottle of 30 volume (9%) oil developer, made to be mixed with L'Oreal Professionnel Blond Studio lighteners and nothing else. 30 volume is the working strength for serious lift: paired with a Blond Studio lightener it will take hair up seven to eight levels, which covers full head blonde, high contrast highlights, balayage and ombré. The oil base is what separates it from a standard cream peroxide. It keeps the mix conditioned during the process, so the hair holds more of its shine and condition through the lift.

Application tips
Mix at the ratio the lightener specifies and nothing else. Guessing the proportions is how a full head goes patchy.
Weigh both parts, stir to a smooth cream with no dry powder left in the bowl, and use it inside the working time. Section cleanly, apply mid-lengths first and roots last so body heat does not run ahead of you. Watch the development on a strand rather than the clock alone.
Results
Lift arrives evenly across the head, which is the only measure that matters at this strength. Foils come out at similar levels rather than needing patching afterwards.
The oil in the base shows up in how the hair feels at the basin. It rinses out softer and combs through with less resistance than a standard cream developer leaves behind, and the finished blonde carries more shine. Strictly for trained hands and always with a strand test.
