Long hair frizzes at the ends first, because that is the oldest hair on your head and the cuticle there has taken years of brushing, weather and heat. Dream Lengths Frizz Killer is built for that stretch of hair specifically.
It is a leave-in, so it goes on and stays on. Two things happen. It holds humidity off the hair through the day, which is what keeps flyaways and static down, and it takes heat up to 230C, so straighteners and a dryer are not working on unprotected hair. The formula is silicone-free and light, which is unusual in a smoothing serum. Most of them buy their sleekness with silicone weight.
Use it on damp hair before you dry, concentrating on the last few inches. 100 ml.
Best on long hair that frizzes and needs heat cover in the same step, rather than on a short crop where the weight would show.

Application tips
Damp hair, before the dryer, working from the ends up and stopping around the ears.
Two or three pumps for long hair, warmed between the palms first, then drawn down the length in one pass rather than rubbed in. Comb through to spread it. Dry and style as normal. A single pump on dry hair afterwards will flatten anything that has come up during the day, though more than that turns greasy.
Results
Flyaways stay down and the ends stop puffing out as the day goes on. On long hair that difference is most obvious around the shoulders, where the hair rubs against fabric.
Straighteners and a dryer get to work on protected hair rather than bare hair, which matters over months of styling. The finish is light, so length keeps its movement instead of hanging in slick sheets. It leaves no coating on the fingers or the collar.
