Use it on clean, damp hair once a week. Apply generously from the 12oz tub, cover with a cap, leave it fifteen to twenty minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Heat helps, so a warm towel over the cap is worth the trouble.

Application tips
Comb it through while it is on. That is the step most people skip, and it is what gets the conditioner onto the inside faces of a coil rather than only the outside.
Four sections, wide tooth comb, then twist each one up out of the way. Finish with the coolest rinse you can stand. Never pile the hair on top of your head and scrub it around; that is how a wash day ends in knots.
Results
