Application tips
Get the water out first. Squeeze the hair until it stops running, then apply, because a conditioner meeting a soaking head mostly ends up on the shower floor.
Mid-lengths and ends take the bulk; the top layer takes whatever is left on your palms. Give it two minutes, comb through with a wide tooth, then rinse. Cooler water at the end holds more of the smoothness in.
Results
Rough, dry hair turns manageable enough to comb without wincing. The surface smooths down so light comes off it evenly instead of scattering, which is what dullness actually is.
