Shrinkage is the reason so many people with 4c hair own a blow dryer they would rather not use. This 16oz tub is the heat-free version of that job.
It adds a small amount of weight to highly textured hair, enough to draw the curl down and elongate it while keeping the pattern and the moisture intact. The result is length you can see without a comb attachment going anywhere near your hair. Almond butter, shea butter, jojoba and olive oils do the conditioning, and the creme leaves a coat around each strand that keeps frizz down against humidity and everyday friction.
Use it for twist-outs, braid-outs and stretched wash-and-go styles. It also stretches without a set, which matters on days you have not got time for twists overnight: applied to soaking wet hair and left to air dry, it pulls the curl down on its own.
It is formulated for 3c and 4c textures specifically, which is worth noting, because looser curl patterns will find it heavy going.

Application tips
Stretching works on wet hair and tension, not on product alone. Coat a section thoroughly, then either band it, twist it, or smooth it down with a brush and clip it flat while it dries.
Be generous. Tightly coiled hair needs enough weight to pull the curl down, and a thin coat will spring straight back up. Take the bands or twists out only when the hair is fully dry.
Results
Shrinkage loses. Coils that normally sit at shoulder length hang noticeably further down, and the pattern stays intact rather than being smoothed away, so it still reads as your own texture.
Alongside the length, the hair feels heavier in a good way. Softer, less wiry, easier to part and style. Frizz stays down along the elongated sections, and shine sits on the surface without any greasiness.
