Application tips
This one lathers, so a little goes further than you think. Wet the hair through, apply along the scalp in sections, and massage with fingertips until it foams up.
Let the suds run down the lengths as you rinse rather than working them in. Follow with a conditioner or a mask every time. Once a week is usually enough unless you use a lot of product.
Results
Build-up that had been dulling the hair comes away, and the scalp feels properly clean rather than surface washed. Curls spring up more readily afterwards because there is nothing coating them.
Hair keeps some softness through the wash, so detangling is manageable. The ginger scent is warm and sharp and it rinses out completely.
