A dropper bottle changes how a scalp product gets used. You place it along a parting instead of tipping it into a palm and hoping, which means less product, less mess, and no oil slick on the hair sitting either side of the part.

Camille Rose have made these 58ml drops as a concentrated botanical scalp treatment. They are lightweight, so they work into the roots and disappear rather than leaving a wet look for two days afterwards.

The scalp side is comfort and conditioning. Applied and massaged in, they soothe the feel of dryness and tightness. The hair side is condition at the root, where breakage does most of its damage. Strands that stay flexible survive being parted, tied and styled, and hair that survives handling looks fuller than hair that keeps snapping short.

Apply directly to the scalp, part by part, and use it consistently rather than occasionally. Nothing at the scalp works on an irregular schedule.

Suits any texture. Best used alongside a leave-in doing the moisture work on the lengths.

Application tips

A clean scalp works best, so wash day or the morning after. Part the hair into rows a couple of centimetres apart and run the dropper along each parting rather than squeezing it into one spot.

Massage in with the pads of your fingers for a minute. Leave it there. Three or four short applications across the week beat one heavy one on a Sunday.

Results

The drops sink in and disappear, so roots are not left looking wet or oily and hair can go straight into a style.

Over a few weeks the change is in how hair behaves at the root end rather than anything dramatic. Less brittleness where the strand leaves the scalp means combing and tying cost less, and the skin itself stays comfortable rather than dry.

Composition

The full INCI is printed on the pack. We publish it here as soon as the brand supplies it, and we will read it off the bottle for you if you ask.
