It is best on curly and coily hair that needs hold and moisture from the same product, which is most people on a wash-and-go. The whipped texture is airy enough to spread through a section quickly and it does not go crunchy as it dries, so there is no cast to break afterwards.

Application tips
A gel with butter in it, so it wants wet hair rather than damp. Work through soaking sections with your fingers, smooth each section flat between two palms, then scrunch upwards.
Squeeze the excess into a cotton t-shirt. Air dry or diffuse without touching it, then break any cast with dry hands. Do not layer it over a heavy cream, as it will pill.
Results
Coils come out sculpted and bouncy with a hold that flexes rather than locks, so nothing cracks when you touch it. Aloe keeps the moisture in underneath the hold, which is why hair does not go dry and squeaky by the afternoon. Frizz stays flat through a damp British day.
