Agor's conditioner is a light, velvety rinse-out. It restores moisture, loosens tangles and leaves hair softer and easier to manage. It is a conditioning step rather than a styling one, so if you want hold you will still need a cream or a gel after it.
The ingredient list is long and mostly plant oils and butters:

Application tips
After shampoo, on hair you have squeezed most of the water out of, because conditioner applied to soaking hair mostly runs down the drain. Two or three pumps, spread across the lengths and ends, and keep it off the scalp. Detangle now, from the ends upwards, while the slip is there. Leave it a couple of minutes, then rinse with cooler water.
Results
A rinse-out that does its job and gets out of the way. Moisture goes back in, knots loosen, and hair dries softer and easier to handle without anything heavy left behind. The texture is light and velvety rather than thick, so fine and dense hair both take it. No hold, though: a cream or gel still has to follow if you are styling.
