Application tips
Part the hair into rows and drop the oil straight onto the exposed scalp, then press it in with fingertips rather than rubbing, which only tangles the roots.
A few drops covers a whole parting. Whatever is left on your hands can go through dry ends. Leave it in; there is no need to rinse unless you have gone heavy.
Results
A tight scalp eases within a day or two of regular use, and rough lengths take on some flexibility instead of snapping when you comb them. The finish is a low sheen, not a wet gloss.
Expect a green, faintly medicinal smell that fades within the hour. Batana is a dark oil, so it can tint very pale or grey hair; keep it at the scalp if that matters to you.
