Application tips
Apply to soaking wet hair, not damp. An activator gel needs water to spread and to set the curl, and hair that has started to dry will clump unevenly. Rake a palmful through in sections, then scrunch upward from the ends to encourage the pattern. Leave it to air dry or use a diffuser on low. Do not touch it while it dries, because that is where the frizz comes from.
Results
Curls clump into defined sections instead of separating into frizz, and the shape holds as the hair dries. There is moisture in it as well as hold, so the curl stays soft to touch rather than setting into a shell you have to break.
Shine comes up across the whole head. On second day hair, water in a spray bottle brings the pattern back without reapplying.
