Application tips
Allergy test 48 hours ahead, plus a strand test if you are unsure how your hair will take a particular shade.
Apply to dry, unwashed hair, because the oil on the scalp helps rather than hinders here. Begin at the back, where you have the least visibility and the most time. Only start the clock once the final section is covered, then rinse well and condition.
