Application tips
Special Blonde works in one step, so it belongs on hair that has never been coloured. On previously tinted lengths it will not lift and you need a lightener instead.
Mix with a high volume Welloxon Perfect for maximum lift and apply to the mid-lengths first, keeping off the scalp until the last stretch, since body heat speeds the root. Watch the development rather than trusting the clock.
