Vatika Naturals Hair Cream Nourish & Protect for All Hair Types 210ml (7.1 oz)
Olive oil is the base of this one, and it is the most straightforwardly moisturising cream in the Vatika range. Where the cactus version targets breakage and the coconut version targets body, Nourish and Protect is for hair that is simply dry and needs feeding.
It goes on as a leave in cream and works through the lengths, restoring moisture to hair dulled by heat, weather or too many washes. The finish is smooth and shiny rather than heavy, and it leaves a light layer that helps hair hold up against daily wear. Olive oil earns that place honestly. It has been used on hair for about as long as people have been growing it, and it stays useful because it softens the strand without the silicone slip that looks good on day one and builds up by day ten.
Suitable for all hair types, though dry, dull or damaged hair will notice it most. A 210ml tub used a fingertip at a time lasts a long while.

Application tips
Think of this as the default in the set. A small amount on damp hair after washing, worked down from the ears, keeps the lengths conditioned through the week.
On dry hair it flattens flyaways and tidies a parting. If you use heat, a light layer before a blow-dry gives the hair something between it and the airflow, though it is no substitute for a proper protectant.
Results
Olive is the middle-of-the-road choice in the cream range, which is why it carries the all hair types label.
It conditions without being heavy, smooths the surface enough that flat-looking hair reads glossier, and leaves enough behind to keep the lengths from drying out over a week. Damaged ends look tidier. If you cannot decide between the four, this is the safe one.
