Application tips
Sift, do not tip. Dropping powder into the bowl from a height is what puts it in the air, dust-free formula or not.
One part powder, two parts developer, whisked to a smooth paste with no grit left in it. Work in fine, clean sections with a tint brush and keep the mix off the skin. Rinse with cool water and a low-pH shampoo, then get moisture back in.
